Product Overview:
The valve structure is a flap structure; The sealing method of the valve plate and sealing surface is capping, and there is no friction loss during the switching process. It can effectively ensure high-performance zero leakage sealing. It is suitable for occasions with frequent switching times and strict sealing requirements. High performance sealed butterfly valves have excellent sealing and regulatory performance, compact structure, and easy maintenance. The butterfly plate and sealing mechanism adopt a unique eccentric core design. The sealing surface of the butterfly plate contacts the sealing surface of the valve seat only at the moment of closure. The sealing surface is almost frictionless during opening and closing, which not only reduces the opening and closing torque of the valve, but also improves the service life of the valve, making the sealing more reliable. There are two types of valve seat sealing: metal sealing and soft sealing. The actuator is a double piston gear and rack type actuator, characterized by light weight, small size, large output force, and long service life. After configuring the valve positioner, the proportion adjustment of the butterfly valve can be realized to adjust the air volume.
